Free Physicals!!!!!
If you think you may participate in a sport or activity during the 26-27 school year, get your physical for free.
When: Wednesday May 6th from 3:30pm - 6pm
Where: ULHS
A parent or guardian does need to sign/complete the parent/athlete portion of the physical form prior to arrival at the event. Forms can be downloaded from the link OR picked up at the high school outside the athletic office.
