Howdy! It's almost time for our annual Wild West Knight ULHS Chili Cook Off and will your chili recipe be the winner?? Join us for a Knight full of Wild West fun as we rustle up the best chili in Knight Country!
If you or your organization want to compete it is simple! It will only cost a $10 registration fee to get your table. Everyone needs to register online at this link: https://my.cheddarup.com/c/2024-chili-cook-off-31205/items?cart
You can pay online at that link or pay $10 Ms. Gilbert or at the front desk at Upson-Lee High School
Now what else do you need to know?
Deadline to register is Friday, October 25th.
All registrations are through Cheddar Up.
Date: October 29th, 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm (set up begins at 3:30 pm)
Where: ULHS Cafeteria
Cost: $10
THINGS TO KNOW"
Please plan for at least 3 pots of chili
Bowls, sample cups, spoons, and napkins will be provided
Extra condiments or garnishment may be brought to go along with your chili (cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, chips, etc.)
Other items may be sold along with the chili (desserts, sandwiches, hot dogs, etc.)

Best traditional chili
Best non-traditional chili
Best station decor

If you don't want to compete and just want to eat, join us from 4:30-7-pm and you can purchase tickets to sample as many chili recipes as you want!
