February 10- EOCT Mid-Month Exams 12:30-3:00 (This test session is only for students who are making up an EOCT or who are re-taking an EOCT.)
February 24- GA High School Writing Test 12:30-3:00 (This test session is only for students who are making up the GHSWT or who are re-taking the GHSWT.)
FBLA and GCSA members participate in team building exercises.
Upson-Lee High School serves grades 9-12 and operates on block scheduling, which consists of four classes per day of ninety minutes each. ULHS provides excellent academic, athletic, and extra-curricular opportunities for all students. The school proudly offers advanced placement and gifted programs, a diverse selection of elective courses, seventeen varsity sports, band and choral programs, literary and drama programs, visual arts, Navy JROTC, Youth Apprenticeship, CTAE (Career, Technical and Agriculture Education), dual enrollment with Gordon College and Flint River Technical College, academic teams and clubs.
New Georgia High School Graduation RequirementsThe state School Board unanimously passed a new Graduation Rule which will go into effect for first-time freshmen at the start of the 2008-2009 school year. The major change is the elimination of the GA. tiered diploma and the establishment of one set of requirements for all GA. high school graduates.
